The song at the end of the previous post starts with a solemn question to the Lord:  ”Where would I be without You?”

That’s one question to which I definitely know the answer!

Nowhere.

At all.

I often think “What in the world would I do without the Lord living within me?”  How could I muster the courage or strength to even try to survive without His hallowed hand of help, fond friendship, frequent forbearance, and precious personal presence?

I’ll end this  post with a song which poses that question far more beautifully than I ever could.  It always brings tears to my eyes… tears of immense and immutable joy and gratitude and love.  Thank You, Lord, that I don’t have to ever actually find out what I’d do without You in my life, since You’ve promised and proven  to “never leave nor forsake” me or any of Your children.  It’s true:  I don’t know what I’d do without You.
